Shiloh proudly hails from the midwest where she spent the first 20 years of her life, appreciating the authentic farm and country exposures which nurtured her grit and down-to-earth perspectives. Her interest in real estate began as she “tied her wagon” to a former spouse, traveling where the military “home’d”  them from Wisconsin, to various states down the east coast, eventually landing and planting herself firmly here in southern California. At each place of temporary housing, Shiloh became interested in the local pace and process of real estate. California has been home now for the last 20+ years. Shiloh obtained her real estate license in 2007 and has found her interests and skills lie in the semantics of real estate and the management of the flow to successful closings.  When not deciphering contracts or other real estate activities, Shiloh enjoys time with her 25 year old daughter who has just returned home from her collegiate years in Hawaii, as well loves long coastal bike rides, hiking, concerts, beautiful wineries and visits back to her midwest countryside.
