When listing your home for sale, its so important to give buyers a “light and bright” space. Outdated light fixtures can really bring the house down and give it a dull image. Changing out a light fixture is a cheap and easy way to update your home, and the return on investment is a big one. Be sure all dark corners are lit, all lightbulbs are in working order, and you are using maximum wattage allowed in each fixture. We have never heard a buyer say “I’m looking for a dark home”. Give them what they want; light and bright!!!
