Our very own Britt Austin was sought out to give her thoughts on celebrities buying in the South Bay for LA Confidential Magazine. When asked about the Hill Section in Manhattan Beach Britt commented “This is where you’ll find the ultra private, big, big homes. There is nothing under $3 million there, and lots in the $5 to $6 million range, and some way above that.
