A Pipe Inspection in Palos Verdes Estates

When we sell a house to a buyer, we like to look in-depth from from all angles. Just the other day we were at a house we just sold in the Valmonte neighborhood of Palos Verdes Estates with Gene, our plumbing inspector. Because tree roots are so common in this neighborhood, we suggested to our client that they have a camera scope run down the main line to see exactly what was going on. Sure enough, there was a substantial amount of tree roots in the line that needed to be cleaned out. Gene captured the whole scope on video and uploaded it to YouTube so the client could see first hand what needed to be cleaned out.
